Trump senior adviser Kellyanne Conway said that Hillary Clinton’s campaign lost because they missed America, and blamed other factors for her historic loss.
“They blame Bernie Sanders, they blame [FBI Director] Jim Comey,” Conway said on “Fox News Sunday.” “In Hillary Clinton’s world it is always somebody else’s fault.”
Conway participated in a Harvard forum earlier this week where Trump’s campaign team and Clinton’s team conducted a post-mortem on the election. The usually staid panel erupted in accusations from both sides.
At one point, Conway and Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri got into a heated exchange where Palmieri accused her of winning because the Trump campaign tapped into white supremacists and racists, which Conway refuted.
“There was no grace, there was no congratulations from them,” Conway said, referring to Clinton’s team.
