Eleanor Holmes Norton, D-D.C., responding to a caller on the Kojo Nnamdi Show who claimed Holmes Norton was “too chill” and “too relaxed” in her efforts to educate D.C. residents on voting rights. The caller was perhaps unfamiliar with Norton’s fiery 2011 interview with Fox 5 in which she declared it was time for the District to tell Congress “to go straight to hell.”
