MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — In a story Aug. 11 about Southern mayors discussing regional train service, The Associated Press reported erroneously that trains were used in the 1920s and 1930s to take Florida State fans to football games around the country. Florida State began playing college football in 1947.
