Dining down the street from his own culinary digs, Chef Eric Ripert was spotted having dinner Thursday night at Rasika West End, according to a rep. Ripert arrived at the flavorful Indian spot about 7:30 and stayed for two hours. We’re told he was dining with the general manager of the Washington Ritz-Carlton, which houses Ripert’s restaurant, Westend Bistro.
