Gloria Vanderbilt dies at 95

Fashion icon Gloria Vanderbilt has died, according to CNN.

The news of Vanderbilt’s death was reported by CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, her son.

Vanderbilt was the only child of railroad tycoon Reginald Claypoole Vanderbilt and is survived by four children.

In addition to her family riches, Vanderbilt rose to prominence in the 1970s with a line of perfumes, clothing, and other home goods all bearing her name.
