Trump goes to Christmas Eve services in Palm Beach

President-elect Trump and his wife Melania attended a Christmas Eve services Saturday night at the church in Palm Beach where they married in 2005.

According to reports, the two arrived at the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, an Episcopal church around 10:30 p.m.

They had attended the same Christmas Eve service last year at the church — which is minutes from his Mar-a-Lago estate — and also went for Easter.

Some members of the congregation stood up and clapped for the Trumps when they arrived. A few passed Trump the peace during the two-hour service as well.

Trump took communion around 12:15 a.m. Before the service, the Trumps were at Mar-a-Lago, which hosted a Christmas dinner for members and their guests.

Earlier on Saturday night, Trump tweeted wishes for a “Happy Hanukkah.” On Sunday morning, he tweeted “Merry Christmas!” with a photo of himself in front of a Christmas tree.
