Occupation: Director of Instructional Technology, Maryland State Department of Education

Achievement: Moore was named 2008 Leader of the Year by the State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA). She has been a strong advocate for improving student learning through the use of technology. Under her leadership, Maryland has seen its student to computer ratio improved from 16:1 to 3:1.

Achievement: Dy was named Physician Director of Pay for Performance and Core Measures at Saint Agnes Hospital. Dy is a board certified Internal Medicine physician who has extensive experience in Graduate Medical Education, Quality and Process Improvement, Medical Informatics and Primary Care. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of Medicine, Chairman of the Clinical Provider Order Entry Committee and Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Saint Agnes.

Occupation: Head Golf Course Superintendent, Queenstown Harbor
Home: Annapolis
Achievement: Anderes was recognized for Environmental Stewardship by Audubon International for leading the effort to obtain sanctuary status for the golf course located on Maryland’s Eastern Shore in Queenstown.
The golf course is now designated a “Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary” for maintaining the highest degree of environmental quality.

Occupation: Assistant Professor, Clinical and Administrative Services, College of Notre Dame of Maryland School of Pharmacy

Achievement: O’Brien comes to College of Notre Dame from Responsible Health, LLC, where he served as president for the past three years. He received his doctor of pharmacy with honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy and a master of public health from The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
