Loudoun convenience store robbed at gunpoint

A man walked into the Lucketts Mini-Mart just before midnight Wednesday, drew his handgun and demanded money from the cashier, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday. The robber left the store in the 14420 block of James Monroe Highway on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was described as a white male, 18 to 25 years old, 175 to 200 pounds and between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall. He was wearing a black zipper-style hooded sweat shirt.
