Last week Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum and Ice Cube dipped into Washington to promote their upcoming film “21 Jump Street.” They were the special guests at an off-the-record screening at the AMC Loews theater in Georgetown, though also chatted with a couple reporters. When CBS’ Christine Delargy talked with Ice Cube he said that he was a fan of President Obama and supported the president’s re-election bid. His view of Congress was a little less positive.
“I think he’s doing a h— of a job under the circumstances, under the c–k blocking Congress, excuse my French, under [the] circumstances he’s active and he’s trying to flip it and turn it around and I don’t know what people want from their president more than that, more than being active,” Ice Cube said.

The rapper turned actor said he hasn’t received an invitation to the White House to meet POTUS yet, but there’s still time. “You know it’s kinda like my mother always said, if you’re not invited, you’re not invited,” he said. “I’ll meet him one day whether he’s president or not.”
