Republican Gov. Don Carcieri of Rhode Island has asked his state’s two Democratic members of Congress — Jim Langevin and Patrick Kennedy — to vote against ObamaCare. He cites the Senate-passed bill’s unfunded state mandates as well as the special deals for other states.
