Trump to hang Nixon’s letter predicting his win on Oval Office wall

Donald Trump plans to hang a letter from Richard Nixon predicting he would one day win the White House in the Oval Office, according to a report.

“Dear Donald,” reads the letter sent by the former president, dated Dec. 21, 1987. “I did not see the program, but Mrs. Nixon told me that you were great on the Donahue Show. As you can imagine, she is an expert on politics and she predicts that whenever you decide to run for office you will be a winner!”

The letter was sent after former first lady Pat Nixon saw Trump on “The Phil Donahue Show.”

Politico reported that Trump has been telling friends about letter his plans for the letter.

In a Fox interview last month Trump said Nixon “always wanted me to run for office.”
