The Maryland Center for Missing Children has classified Tashaka as an endangered runaway. She has braided hair with black and bright blue coloring, and a tattoo of a flower on the right side of her neck. Palmer was last seen at the Rockville Metro Station and was wearing a green and white Adidas jacket, a black Eddie Hardy sweat shirt, and bluejeans.
