Police have arrested the man they believe killed 32-year-old Ervin Lamont Griffin of Southeast. Griffin was found shot and declared dead around 11:25 p.m. on May 13 on the 1200 block of 18th Place NE.
Police arrested Montez Warren, 30, of Northeast, around 1:15 p.m. Friday, charging him with first degree murder while armed.
