Republicans subpoena top Delaware prosecutor involved in Hunter Biden investigation
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) subpoenaed a prosecutor on Tuesday who had a high level of authority over the Department of Justice’s investigation into Hunter Biden, saying the committee needed her testimony for its oversight of the department.
The subpoena, reviewed by the Washington Examiner, requires Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf of Delaware to appear for a deposition before the committee on Dec. 8.
