House GOP concerned by Egypt aid cutoff

WASHINGTON (AP) — House Republicans are concerned the Obama administration’s suspension of some U.S. aid to Egypt could undercut an ally in the midst of democratic transition and undermine U.S. interests.

In an internal document, House Armed Services Committee staff members outline several criticisms of the Obama administration’s decision this week.
