President Trump’s star on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood, Calif., has been was vandalized, in what is a semi-regular occurrence.
A TMZ camera set up across the street from Trump’s sidewalk star on Thursday caught what appears to be a middle-aged man wearing all dark clothing, a hat, and tan satchel walking up to the star, bending over, and using a marker to draw a swastika on the ground.
The man drew for 13 seconds before standing back up and walking away without looking back.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce told the Washington Examiner on Friday the drawing was “immediately cleaned.”
A spokesperson for the chamber would not disclose how many times it has had to clean Trump’s star due to vandalism, but several previous incidents have been reported by the media since Trump launched his presidential campaign in 2015.
Later Thursday night, a similar-looking man was at the clean star, vandalizing it with new swastikas.
