“WOW!! President Trump has been buying his supporters pizza every 45 minutes! How generous!! Thank you @realDonaldTrump,” one person tweeted, accompanied by a video of a man describing the deliveries.

More than 250 pizzas were delivered, according to the man in the video, which has garnered more than 200,000 views.
“You know it’s from Trump because the shit isn’t gluten free. There’s meat on it,” he said, adding that the pizzas were arriving every 45 minutes. “Trump’s an alpha.”I have relatives in the hospitality/hotel industry. President Trump is the Ultimate Host. He enjoys making sure people are taken care of and having a good time. He just sent the people who there to support him outside Walter Reed about a hundred pizzas…while he’s a patient. ?

The Trump campaign did not respond at the time of publishing confirming whether the campaign ordered the pizzas.
Trump is currently receiving treatment for COVID-19 at Walter Reed, but his Chief of Staff Mark Meadows said the administration is “optimistic” he will be discharged later today.
“Spoke to the President this morning. He continued to improve overnight and is ready to get back to a normal working schedule. He will meet with his doctors and nurses this morning to make further assessments of his progress,” Meadows said.
“We are still optimistic that he will be able to return to the White House later today.”
