Country music star Naomi Judd’s final will and testament have reportedly left out two expected names: the late singer’s daughters Wynonna and Ashley Judd.
Naomi Judd died on April 30 at the age of 76, just one day before she and her oldest daughter, Wynonna, were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The matriarch of the iconic country music duo appointed husband Larry Strickland as the sole executor of her $25 million estate, per Radar Online. Judd was married to Strickland for 33 years.
Strickland will have “full authority and discretion” over her estate, and neither daughter was mentioned in the will, according to court documents obtained by the outlet.

“I nominate and appoint my spouse, Larry Strickland, as Executor of my estate,” the document reportedly stated.
“In the event my spouse ceases or fails to serve, then I nominate and appoint my brother-in-law, Reginald Strickland, and Daniel Kris Wiatr as Co-Executors,” it reportedly added. “I direct that no bond shall be required of my Executor.”
While the outlet reports that Wynonna Judd is “upset” by the discovery because she “believes she was a major force behind her mother’s success,” there have been no public comments from either daughter.
Naomi Judd reportedly prepared her will in November 2017 and was of “sound mind and disposing memory” at the time, per the Daily Mail.
Wynonna Judd has promised she will continue to perform in her mother’s memory.
In July, Wynonna appeared onstage in Nashville with Brandi Carlile as the pair sang two of the Judds’ famous songs, “Love is Alive” and “Girls Night Out.”

“The last two months have been hard, and I know you love me, and I love you, too,” Judd told the crowd. “My mama’s been gone for two months now, and it’s been a tough season of sadness.”
“You show up in whatever shape you’re in,” she continued. “For anyone out there tonight who needs a little inspiration, let me tell you something. There is hope. You’ve just gotta keep showing up, and that’s what I’m doing tonight.”
