The Islamic State has issued a decree to all members instructing them to kill any baby born with Down’s Syndrome or congenital deformities, according to Mosul Eye.
The Shar’I Board of the Libyan-based Islamic State group has been circulating an “Oral Fatwa” or ruling on a point of Islamic law ordering any baby between one week and three months old with either condition to be put to death. It’s not clear when the Islamic State issued these instructions or how long members have been following it.
