SALISBURY, Md. (AP) — Maryland State Police say troopers shot and killed a man who may have hit or dragged a trooper with his vehicle at the Salisbury barrack.

While the barrack’s duty officer checked a repair to a man’s vehicle in the parking lot on Tuesday night, he called for assistance.
