California Rep. Darrell Issa, the man behind the Internet sensation that is #FridayKitty, has proven once again why he’s the Congressional Master of Twitter.
In honor of National Constitution Day, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman decided to tweet – or rather have a poor staffer tweet – the ENTIRE Constitution from his official account, 140 letters at time.
National Constitution Day is celebrated on September 17 because that is the day in 1787 that 39 delegates signed the nation’s governing document at Independence Hall in Philadelphia.
With more than 15,000 tweets sent out from his account, the California Republican is also one of the most prolific Congressmen on the social networking site.
Read the first few tweets below, and check out the rest at his official account, @darrellissa.
