New York City Police Department Commissioner Edward Caban will reportedly step down from his position after his home was raided by the FBI last week. 

A 33-year veteran of the NYPD, Caban was named its commissioner by New York City Mayor Eric Adams last year. Caban’s anticipated resignation comes after FBI agents searched his home and subpoenaed his cellphone last Wednesday, Politico reported.
