Former President Donald Trump defended his relationship with Republican activist Laura Loomer Friday after her presence alongside the GOP presidential nominee has sparked criticism from both Republicans and Democrats.
Loomer, an outspoken Trump supporter who has embraced conspiracy theories, flew on the former president’s plane to the debate in Philadelphia on Tuesday and also traveled to the Sept.11 memorial services in New York and Pennsylvania on Wednesday.
