The sentencing of the Suburban Hospital maintenance worker convicted of murdering his supervisor has been postponed from Wednesday to Monday at 8:30 a.m.
Keith Little, 50, was convicted in December of first-degree murder in the stabbing death of Roosevelt Brockington, Jr.
Prosecutors said Little killed Brockington because of a schedule change and a poor performance review. Brockington, 40, was killed on Jan. 1, 2011 and was found in the basement broiler room of Suburban Hospital in Bethsday, stabbed more than 70 times.
The sentencing was rescheduled because Judge Marielsa Bernard was sick, her law clerk, Jeremy Feldman, said Wednesday. Little will be sentenced in Bernard’s courtroom in Montgomery County Circuit Court in Rockville.
