JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — A man accused of killing a teenager during an argument over loud music will be back in court this week as his attorneys argue that a new trial should be held outside of Jacksonville.

Attorney Waffa Hanania wrote in a motion that news coverage “has been extremely prejudicial to the defendant.” The Florida Times-Union (http://tinyurl.com/p96bdmk ) reports the hearing will be held Thursday.
