ST. LOUIS (Legal Newsline) – A St. Louis woman is suing a multivitamin manufacturer over allegations it misrepresented the amount of vitamins and minerals in its products.

Jennifer Dougherty filed the lawsuit on April 3 in St. Louis Circuit Court against Source Naturals, Inc. claiming the amount of six vitamins and minerals in its multivitamins were off by as much as 90 percent. The defendant removed the case to U.S. District Court for the EasternDistrict of Missouri on April 3.
