President Trump’s government is collapsing and this is the opportunity for the U.S. to “emerge from this nightmare stronger,” former CIA Director John Brennan said on Friday.
“Your kakistocracy is collapsing after its lamentable journey,” Brennan tweeted Friday. “As the greatest Nation history has known, we have the opportunity to emerge from this nightmare stronger & more committed to ensuring a better life for all Americans, including those you have so tragically deceived.”

In his tweet, the former director insulted Trump by calling the government he was running a kakistocracy, which is a system of government run by the worst or least-qualified citizen.
Brennan made his comments in response to Trump’s Friday morning tweets claiming fired FBI Director James Comey is a leaker and “untruthful slimeball” who everyone in Washington wanted fired.
