A man is in stable condition after an early morning shooting in the White Oak area of Silver Spring, according to Montgomery County Police.
The call reporting shots fired came in just after 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, from the 11400 block of December Way. Witnesses reported hearing shouting before the gunshots, and the sound of a car speeding away soon afterward, police said.
The victim was described as a 31-year-old male. He was shot multiple times and has been through surgery. He is now listed in stable condition.
