A Howard County man has been charged in the 1991 death of his missing wife after a body was found in concrete.

When Christine Jarrett disappeared two decades, police suspected foul play, according to the Associated Press. Her husband, Robert Jarrett, told them then that she was unhappy, and that she walked away from their Elkridge home with $4,000 in cash.
