Before her husband’s very important announcement Sunday night, Michelle Obama dined with three friends at the BlackSalt Fish Market & Restaurant in the Palisades. The ladies tried a variety of dishes including the Rhode Island golden tilefish, halibut, clams, the beet salad and coconut cream pie.
