The Senate Judiciary Committee is holding a vote Tuesday morning to advance Todd Blanche’s nomination for attorney general to the full Senate for a final confirmation vote.

The acting attorney general is proceeding in the confirmation process after two Republican holdouts, Sens. John Cornyn (R-TX) and Thom Tillis (R-NC), reached a deal with the Department of Justice.
