A communications professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst thinks Republicans are “American terrorists,” and conservative Supreme Court justices are “frat-boy fascists.”
The Liberty Standard went through Professor Sut Jhally’s Twitter account (which has been inactive since January) and found several interesting tweets.
Jhally linked to an opinion article that appeared in Reader Supported News in October 2013 that describes the Republican Congress as a “reign of morons.”

The Liberty Standard pointed out that before Jhally called members of the Republican Party terrorists, he questioned whether the brutal beheading of a British soldier in the name of Islam should be considered a terrorist act.

Jhally also complained about “frat-boy fascists” on the Supreme Court when he shared an article about Justice Samuel Alito rolling his eyes while listening to dissenting opinions given by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Professor Jhally teaches undergraduate courses on Advertising as Social Communication; Gender, Sex and Representation; and Media, Public Relations and Propaganda at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Jhally is also the founder and executive director of the Media Education Foundation, which produces documentaries and other educational materials studying the social, political and cultural impact of American mass media.
