The county-owned Hap Baker Firearms Facility in Carroll County will reopen at 10 a.m. Friday, but the rifle range will remain closed.
The county is working though its insurance carrier to reconstruct the rifle range after a February fire damaged the site. Shooters using rifles of a pistol caliber of .44-caliber Magnum or less can use the pistol range.
The Hap Baker Firearms Facility is off state Route 140 north of Reese Road. For more information, call 410-386-2103.
