President Obama and his fellow Democrats are hurting after a brutal 2014 midterm election that put the U.S. House and Senate in Republican control.
Late night host Jimmy Fallon believes that this might be because Obama’s message wasn’t catchy enough.
Taking a page out of Youtube user baracksdubs’ playbook, Fallon overlaid Obama’s calls to action over Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off.”
“That’s catchier,” Fallon said. “They should have done that the whole time.”
