The political fundraising frenzy has entered the extreme stage this weekend as an 11th hour deadline looms, with retiring Rep. Barney Frank labeling the Tea Party a “national nightmare” that needs to be eliminated and former President Clinton issuing a virtual disaster proclamation of what GOP rule would bring to the nation.

In an email to Democrats, Frank blamed the nation’s ills on the Tea Party that sent members to Washington in 2010 when voters expressed displeasure with one-party, Democratic rule.
