Florida Gov. signs human trafficking bills

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Penalties for human trafficking are going to be increased under bills signed by Gov. Rick Scott.

Scott on Tuesday signed two measures aimed at fighting the illegal industry, which often includes the sex trafficking of children.
