Some of this stuff is still a little new to me but here’s a little more on the Hamady N’Diaye situation as the rookie center awaits his tender from the Washington Wizards. The deadline is September 5 – and to be frank, it would be a huge surprise if N’Diaye didn’t receive a tender on time. Nevertheless, the summer hasn’t exactly gone as planned, as I posted yesterday.
But in my search for understanding on what would theoretically happen if he didn’t receive a tender, here’s a good write-up on Da’Sean Butler’s situation with the Miami Heat, which is similar but also different because it has more to do with Butler’s injury than simply a decision or not whether to sign him.
