Anthony Scaramucci will make his first television appearance since being ousted as White House communications director, on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” on Monday.

Colbert, alongside a multitude of other late night talk show hosts, didn’t shy away from poking fun at Scaramucci during his tumultuous 11-day stint in the White House, and his ouster following an expletive-filled leaked conversation with New Yorker reporter Ryan Lizza.
“‘The Mooch’ is toast. The front-stabber has been back-stabbed,” Colbert said in his monologue. “He said he was going to fire everybody, and I’ve got to admit, he delivered. That was thorough,” Colbert added. “His going away party can serve what’s left of his welcome cake.”
