The Parking Authority of Baltimore City, with the Baltimore Development Corporation, announced that the design team of Ziger/Snead Architects & Thomas Balsley Associates will design Rash Field Park.
Key to the development is a new underground parking facility, the development corporation said. The BDC said the design team was selected for its relevant project experience, capacity to work with stakeholders and the community, and ability to meet the project?s timeline.
The design team will meet with the community to develop design drawings, which the BDC hopes to have done by late summer.
