A man who has worked with youth as an educator, behavior specialist and university police officer is accused of inappropriately touching a young boy. Montgomery County police said 52-year-old Michel Rosenzweig, of Germantown, has been charged with five counts of third-degree sexual offense for allegedly fondling a then-10-year-old boy while the boy was showering at a Germantown community pool in 2003.
Police said Rosenzweig was previously suspected of inappropriately touching female students at St. John the Evangelist School in Silver Spring and of videotaping a teenage boy undressing, but charges weren’t filed.
He has also worked as an American University police officer and at several Montgomery County elementary and middle schools. Rosenzweig now works at Maxim Healthcare, which provides behavior services to children, in Towson.
