Michael Avenatti, a lawyer to porn actress Stormy Daniels and a potential 2020 contender, accused Democrats on Tuesday of being too fearful of making mistakes to appear on television, which he said gives Republicans a better chance to convince voters of their views.
“I wish the public knew how many times bookers from networks have told me that they can’t get dem politicians to go on camera because they are too frightened of making a mistake or offending someone. I hear it all the time. And then we wonder why the public has a skewed view?” Avenatti tweeted Tuesday.

Avenatti, who appears frequently on cable news taunting the president and his allies, said in July he could enter the race for the White House if he didn’t believe any other candidate could defeat President Trump.
He has already made stops in Iowa and New Hampshire, two key stops for presidential candidates.
