Fifty years for The Rolling Stones

July 12, 1962: The day of the Rolling Stones first gig, making it 50 years since the band starter performing together. Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts (Watts and Wood joined the band in 1963and 1975 respectively) are marking the occasion on Thursday by performing at London’s Somerset House. The Stones have sold more than 200 million albums over the course of those 50 years, making them one of rock’s all-time greats. And despite their age, they don’t appear to be slowing down — the bands that they might be hitting the road again in the near future.
