French actor and Marvel star Gaspard Ulliel died on Wednesday after a severe skiing accident.
The 37-year-old actor collided with another skier on Tuesday at the point where two runs at the La Rosiere ski resort intersect, according to a report.
The resort is located in the southeast of France.

Ulliel was transported to a local hospital and underwent surgery for major head trauma, the report noted.
The individual with whom Ulliel collided was not taken to the hospital.
Ulliel was well-respected for his art in France, and he won several awards, including the Cesar Award, the French Oscar, for his portrayal of a dying gay playwright in It’s Only the End of the World.
The actor was set to make a big break with American audiences in the Marvel series Moon Knight.
Ulliel starred as art thief Anton Mogart/Midnight Man, opposite Oscar Isaac and Ethan Hawke, the report noted.
The Disney+ series is set to premiere March 30.

Gaspard Ulliel a grandi avec le cinéma et le cinéma a grandi avec lui. Ils s’aimaient éperdument.
