How do you say ‘Fannie Mae’ in Mandarin?

The picture below is Moody’s warning that it is reviewing the United States’ government’s credit rating. I can’t make out much of it, because the memo, fittingly, is in Chinese. “Fannie Mae” and “Freddie Mac” do jump out, though.
