DNC Chairman Tim Kaine was on MSNBC today, downplaying President Obama’s negatives heading into the midterms. Kaine noted that Obama was elected with 53 percent of the vote, and is still holding on to about 50 percent in terms of approval. And considering the past two years, that’s not so bad, right?
