The Fairfax County Animal Shelter will hold a low-cost rabies clinic Sunday. Rabies shots will cost $12 at the shelter and will be given to dogs, cats and ferrets. The shots are for one-year vaccines. To receive a three-year vaccine, pet owners must bring their pet’s rabies certificate showing the animal’s current rabies vaccination and expiration date. The shelter also will sell dog licenses for $10. The clinic will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. at the shelter, at 4500 West Ox Road in Fairfax. For more information, call 703-830-1100.
