The Baltimore Development Corp. received a proposal for development on the former Monument Street Landfill site.
The proposal, submitted by Black Oak Associates of Owings Mills and McCrary Development of Baltimore, is called Monument Street Marketplace and presents two concepts for redevelopment of the site.
The first concept calls for a mixed-use development consisting of almost 192,000 square feet of retail space and 63,700 square feet of flex/office space.
The second concept calls for a retail development with 213,000 square feet of retail space and two “pad” sites.
