#LockerRoomTalkIn5Words goes viral, backfires on the Clintons

After a tape was leaked on Friday by the Washington Post in which Donald Trump bragged about committing sexual assault, the Republican presidential candidate dismissed his offensive comments as “locker room talk.” He did so again in last night’s debate.

In the video from 2005, Trump said in vulgar terms to then-Access Hollywood host Billy Bush that he could kiss, grope, and try to have sex with women (even if they were married). And now, Trump’s surrogates are going on the defense for him.

On CNN’s “State of the Union” Sunday, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani told host Jake Tapper that Trump was definitely in the wrong, but attempted to deflect by saying it was “locker room talk.”

“This is talk, and gosh almighty, he who hasn’t sinned, throw the first stone,” Giuliani said.

Tapper responded, “Mr. Mayor, I have never said that, I have never done that. I am happy to throw a stone. I have been in locker rooms, I have been a member of a fraternity. I have never heard any man, ever, brag about being able to maul women because they get away with it.”

After the second presidential debate where Trump attempted to dismiss his comments as “locker room talk,” folks took to Twitter and started the hashtag “Locker Room Talk in 5 Words.”

And with that, here are the top five tweets [in no particular order]:

Just when you thought Twitter couldn’t get any better, it exceeds all expectations.
