Former 2016 Republican presidential candidate and Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina on Sunday slammed President Trump for his lack of leadership on the issue of sexual harassment and assault.

"He won’t be the first president to fail the test of leadership and he won’t be the last," Fiorina told "Fox News Sunday."

Fiorina added she wasn't surprised Trump sided with GOP Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore, despite several women accusing the former judge of sexual misconduct when they were in their teens and he was in his 30s.

"This is all about politics and that's why when politicians talk about this, it doesn't have a lot of credibility," Fiorina continued. "Donald Trump cares about a vote in the Senate, no more, no less.”

Trump is bucking party leadership by backing Moore. Establishment Republicans have mostly fled Moore after the accusations, but Trump pointed to Moore's repeated denials of the sexual harassment as a reason he's siding with the former Alabama Supreme Court judge.

Trump leveled another broadside against Democratic candidate Doug Jones on Sunday morning, calling him a "disaster" who would be a "puppet" of Sen. Chuck Schumer and Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Democratic leaders in the Senate and House, respectively.
