Donald Trump’s incoming administration will not further investigate former secretary of state Hillary Clinton’s private email server scheme nor her family’s charitable foundation, MSNBC’s Morning Joe reported Tuesday.
“A source with direct knowledge of Donald Trump’s thinking tells Morning Joe that in his administration, the president-elect will not pursue any investigations into Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server and the Clinton Foundation,” said co-host Mika Brzezinski. “The source tells Morning Joe that Trump feels Clinton has ‘been through enough.'”
Trump had said in a 60 Minutes interview shortly after his electoral victory that would “think about” pursuing the investigation.
